We are asked multiple times about what color/shade the puppy will be when it is older - we understand that it is hard to choose a young puppy and know what coloring it will be when it is 8 weeks old. We are including some photos of puppies at 3 weeks of age and photos of them around 6 - 8 weeks of age for your to compare and see how the coloring changes.
Red colored puppies - the darker/black snout generally complete disappears by the age of 8 - 10 weeks old. They will sometimes have some black sprinkling down their back, chest area and on the inside curl of the tail (red sesame).
Black/tan puppies - the tan points appear more of a grayish coloring at 3 weeks of age and will become more prominent as the puppy gets closer to 6/8 weeks old.
